Return Policy

Product Return Policy of Onin Infosys

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our e-commerce store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

  1. Returns

    You may return any product purchased from our store within 5 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  2. Refunds If you choose to return a product for a refund, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used to make the purchase. We will process the refund within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.

  3. Exchanges If you choose to exchange a product, we will exchange it for a product of equal or lesser value. If the exchange product is of lesser value, we will issue a refund for the difference to the original payment method. If the exchange product is of greater value, we will charge the difference to the original payment method. We will process the exchange within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.

  4. Return Shipping You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us for a return or exchange. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during return shipping.

  5. Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product for a refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.

  6. Non-Returnable Products We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following products:

  • - If the product is physically damaged.
  • - If the product is unused and  should be in the same condition as before.
